How likely would it be to have loose skin after major weight loss?
On a scale of 1-10, how likely would it be that a 24yr. old female would have flappy floppy skin left over that didn’t “snap back into place” after a 150lb. weight loss over the course of a year to a year and a half? What could this person do to ensure they didn’t get flappy floppy skin over the course of major weight loss, and that it does snap back into place?

i lost 50 lbs. over six months when i was 53. no loose skin.
very likely that you would get some loose skin i would co operate the gym into you plan x
Exercise as you loose weight. The skin is flexible and shrinks with the loss of weight.
You lost your weight as along with water in your body. Drink more water and have exercise to have fitter body shape.
On a scale to 1-10 I’d say “1″ likeliness. Our skin will be healthy and tight if we put the right nutrient dense foods in our bodies. Unfortunately, because of our poor diets, pollution, toxins, medications, stress, trauma, aging, infections etc. all deplete the chance of keeping our bodies healthy on the inside&out. Especially during losing weight you need to take care of your skin on a cellular level through proper nutrition. Below is a link to videos that explain exactly the program you would need to maintain tight healthy skin after major weight loss. It worked for me and it’s been proven in many major studies.
