Does the temperature matter to weight-loss when I am exercising?
I walk on the treadmill in the gym and sometimes walk on the street. The gym’s temperature is higher than that of the street , so if I exercise outside, I don’t sweat as much as I do in the gym. Do you think the higher temperature contributes to weight-loss? Please understand walking on the street is more interesting than walking in the gym. Thank you very much for your answer!

It would only contribute to lost water weight because you sweat more and this will be replaced when you drink water. It won’t affect fat loss.
yes but the weight lost cause of the heat is almost all water and u need water for ur body to function and to lose fat ur body needs to fonction!!! so drink alot of water, eat proteins and fiber those 3 are essentials
Sweating a whole bunch will contribute to water loss, which is temporary weight loss, but it won’t do a thing for permanent fat loss, which is what you’re going for. Walk wherever you want, if you keep exercising you’ll lose weight no matter what temperature it is. Good luck!
My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
http://www.slim-get.info , they have a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to

Actually, its the opposite. Your body has to maintain a temperature, if it is cold your body also cools triggering your body to burn calories (note that calories is primarily a measure of heat energy) to keep its temperature up.
What happens when you get very cold? You start to shiver – muscular activity which is a calorie burner.
So walking outside in the cold you would lose (marginally) more weight than you would if you were walking inside.
When I was in high school wrestling some of my colleagues would shut the heat registers in their bedrooms and sleep without blankets in order to trigger such a weight loss response.
Others who note the weight loss due to sweat induced water weight loss are indeed correct. However, water loss is a temporary and you will regain it when you get a glass of water. However, the weight loss mechanism I note burns actual calories and would be more meaningful.
I recall a Wisconsin Natural Resources magazine article on winter camping. The author noted despite a diet rich in fats and meats he still would lose significant weight in a short span of winter camping (I want to say like 10 lb.s over a weekend but it may have been a week, I forget it was a long time ago).
