i’ve ate -2 plain scrambled eggs -190 calorie weight watchers muffin -200 calorie sandwich-wheat bread, turkey, a little mustard -90 calorie pack -1 banana -cup of peaches dinner and snack= -100 calorie of club crackers -grilled chicken salad. with only the chicken and cheese. -tablespoon of honey mustard -130 calores of pretzels with no fat that was my food intake..so probably around 1300 calories. and my exercise... »
