I just bought p90x and I’m currently on nutrisystem. I’ve lost 30 pounds..do I need a new nutrition program?
Well I’ve heard that it doesnt have enough calories for the p90x system. I don’t want to ruin any gains without the right amount of carbs/carlories etc. Besides, I dont want to waste my current month of food either!
