If you spin your hips around like the hula hoop game on wii fit, will you get more toned?
Not the best grammar but you understand what I’m saying. If I just make those circular motions with my hips will that help tone, if so what will it tone? p.s. I don’t mind if I look ridiculous as I’m doing it. »
Do you burn more calories/pounds stairclimbing or jogging on wii fit?
I am 13, 158lbs and 5′ 1”. I know I am overweight. We have a flight of stairs in our house that I can run up and down, but we also have Wii Fit. Would I lose more climbing stairs for a few hours or jogging on the Wii for a few hours? Thankies~ »
Which is more important for weight loss?
When working towards an over all weight loss goal, is it more important to focus on cardio or strength training? I know it’s best to incorporate both into a fitness program. But should I do less cardio with more attention to weights? Or a longer cardio session followed by a short session of weights? »
Is it okay to eat a bit more for a few days a month? Does it drasticly change your weight loss?
I try to stick to a 1300 calorie diet, but i always have a few days a month (4 or 5?) when i slip up and and eat 2000. Its hard to explain, is this going to change my weight loss? I also try to do at least 15 minutes of cardio... »
