Can doing abb workouts make a gut look bigger?
I heard a rumor that if you have a gut/beer belly that doing ab exercises will just enlarge the muscles under your fat, causing your gut to look bigger than before. Is this true, or will ab workouts just trim the stomach before abbs appear? »
If I don’t get soar after doing my ab routine does that mean it is too easy for me or what?
