is it OK to workout your chest, arms and back/ shoulders M,W,F then do legs and abs T,Th?
what i mean is, a friend of mine said it isn’t good to exercise your chest, arms and back on the same day, rather he said you should exercise chest, triceps, and shoulders M,W,F and do abs as well. then work out your biceps, legs, back on T, Th. which way is the correct way ???
