Will I lose weight relatively fast this way?

I’m 16, 5’1″, and around 116lbs. I’m not fat, I just want to slim down alot. Like, the Victoria’s secret models are my ideal weight. I know, this may not be realistic. I’ll NEVER look as good as them and that’s fine, it’s just some inspiration. I want to be able to see my abs without the layer of fat on top. For instance, now I can kinda see the line of my abs, but I know they’d look better without the fat there. And my inner thighs still kinda rub together. I also have kinda big boobs for my size so I’m pretty sure they contribute alot to my weight (I’m almost a c-cup).

So, this is my plan. I’ve started track (I’m a sprinter), but I broke my foot a couple months ago and I’m still recovering. I’m not quite sprinting 100% yet, so I have to go slower than normal during my workouts. We have a track workout like 3 days a week and lift 3 days a week. On lifting days I’m planning on going home and doing some kinda 20 min workout on the treadmill (if my shins hold up alright, I get shin splints every year), which will burn hopefully 100+ calories. On my off days, I might do 30 mins of jogging or some kinda workout on the treadmill, plus an ab workout, and butt and thigh workouts. I also ride horses 3 days a week on the days I don’t have track. I usually ride 1-5 ponies each of those days about 20-30 mins for each pony. I’m riding at least one of them without stirrups just to build up my inner thigh muscle, so that should give me a pretty good workout. I’m still pretty out of shape from not working out with my broken foot.

For food, I’m going to try to eat 5 times a day and like an amount of food the size that would fit in your cupped hands. Example:

Cup of coffee w/2 tbsp of milk, 1 tsp sugar
Orange and banana
9ishSnack:
granola bar (90cal Special K bar)
11:30ishLunch:
100cal light yogurt (yoplai)
Luna Bar
or
egg and cheese salad with ranch dressing
Snack:
granola bar probably
Dinner:
whatever Mom makes

I hate being hungry during the day so that’s why I want to keep my meals small, but eat when I get hungry (ever few hours). Back when I weighed 110lbs, I ate like half a breakfast cookie for breakfast and hot cocoa, nothing for lunch usually, and then I’d go home and just pig out. I know that was super unhealthy so I wanna do it right this time, but get back down to that weight. I’ve been trying to eat like a healthy normal person and I do during the day. It’s just when I come home, I can’t stop thinking about food. For instance, today I had a small dinner, then had like 1/4 a bag of chocolate chips… now I feel guilty!

My goal is to be slimmer by the first week of January. I know I should probably be eating more for every meal, but I think that if I eat often I’ll be fine with how much I’m planning on eating. I’m trying to cut back on bread, cheese, milk, and sweets. Should I not have ranch with my salad? Will I lose weight like this? Can you give me more ideas for healthy snacks that I can bring to school?

Is this a good diet for today? I’m trying to lose 5kg.?

I weigh 54.9 kg (8st 6) at the moment and am 5″5, 14 years old.
I used to weigh 108 lbs and am trying to get back down to that.
I am currently doing:

Between half an hour-1 hr walking up to town to see my friends
2 Hours Bike Riding once a week, sometimes twice.
I am also hoping to join a gym soon..

I think i have ruined my metabolism because for about 2 years i ate about 1,000 cals a day, then i started binging quite alot which took my intake up to about 1,300-400. I think this is why my weight went up, but then i tried to get it back down by cutting my cals to 1,000.

Now i’m stuck on this 1,000 calorie thing and its not working at all!! I binge still but it never goes over 1,000 calories.

Also i do this workout everyday, sometimes twice:

100 Squats
50 Stomach Crunches
50 Lower ab crunch thingys
50 Press-ups
Hold Plank position for 60 secs
10 Lunges

I’m starting to feel my triceps really well and my abs are coming through at the top, but not on the bottom, though its probably because ive worked my upper ones more and theres more fat on my lower body. My legs are quite big, but their getting alot more muscly which im happy about but i want them to be slimmer!!

I really don’t get it, it must be fat that ive gained because i only started doing this workout when i went up to about 8 stone 4. (about 3 or 4 months ago)
People say to me that im really thin but i told them i weigh nearly 8 stone because everyone weighs between 7 and a half- 8 stone, i weigh the same as my boyfriend!!!! Though he is really thin but still…

Its weird because you can feel my ribs and my wrists are really thin and my shoulder blades but then my bottom half like my stomach and thighs are a bit fat. Meh. Anyway this is my meal plan for today:

9:00 : Apple slices with Activia Yoghurt 200 cal

11:00 : 2 Egg whites + 2 Celery Sticks + 100g Lettuce 50 cal

1:00 : Tin of tuna & Slice of cheese 240 cal

3.00: 100g Carrot 40 cal

6.00: Dinner? (won’t be over 500 cals)

9.30: 100g Tomato, 100g Cucumber, 200ml Glass of milk. 150 cal

I Cant Loose Any Weight! I Exercise Regularly And Eat Right. I Havent Even Lost A Pound In The Last Month?

I am 5′ 1″ and weigh 130lbs on the nose. I am not “big” by any means. i am just bigger than im am used to, I usually weigh between 110and 115lbs. I feel big all over. I used to exercise regularly but in the last year have not stuck with it hence the weight gain. Anyhow I started back up on a routine about 6 wks ago. I walk on my treadmill every morning Mon-Sat. I warm up for 4min. at speed 3 then up it to 5 speed I walk for 4 min. jog for 2 min. walk for 4 min. jog for 2 min. until I get to 2 miles or 45 minutes. Then I do some leg lifts,crunches,squats etc. for 15 min. I eat a 1800 calorie diet that I stick to. I havent lost not 1 pound and my clothes are tighter on me than when I started!! I can feel the muscle all over however I look bigger and it actually looks like I have more fat on my body expecially my thighs. Any suggestions would be helpful. I have never had a problem losing weight in the past but now it just doesnt seem so easy or even working,anybody know why??
