what happens when you eat to many calories in one day?
so say that i eat a normal 1800 calorie diet daily but i only burn 1500 that day.. what happens to the other 300 calories that i didn’t burn that day? does it just add up?
is that how people gain weight the extra calories just add up till it gets to 3500 calories and then you gain a pound?
