Why cant i get a six pack?
So im 20 yrs old. about 6 ft 1, 150 pounds. Im not fat at all, but no matter what i do i cant get rid of my stubburn lower belly fat. im very active. i run almost everyday and lift weights atleast twice a week. try to do ab workouts everyday but none really have a good impact. i play sports and other outdoor activities. i try to eat as little junk food as i can but sometimes its hard to get away from and i dont always know if what im eating is really good or bad for me. i pretty much live off of peanut butter sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, cereal, fruits and vegetables, and pretty much all i drink is water. i just dont know what else to do or if im doin anything wrong. also no matter how much i lift weights, my arms dont get any bigger. so if anyone can help me out and give me any suggestions on how to improve my body id really apreciate it. Are crunches alone good enough to get a six pack or do I need to add in more exercises?
I do about 100 crunches a day…probably could go up to 200 if necessary. I heard from someone that just doing crunches alone will NOT give someone a full six pack. Something about crunches only working out the top abdominal muscles and not the ones past the navel. Is this true? Oh, and don’t mention cardio; just assume I have the right body fat percentage for a six pack to show (and I’m also gonna run 1 mile a day).
If crunches do indeed only work out the top abdominal muscles, what else should I do to get a full six pack? Sit ups? And about my crunches…I don’t do normal crunches, I put my lower legs on my bed so they make a 90 degree angle with my upper legs, then I do the crunches. Is this better, worse, or same as doing crunches with my feet on the ground? Because it feels easier to do.
Last thing…I watched this video on Youtube called “How to get six pack abs in 6 minutes” it was a workout video that you have to do everyday…the guy in it did everything BUT crunches it seems. Is that video effective? Or can I just stick to doing crunches? Do I have to change it up? I really just wanna do crunches every day to keep it simple.

PLEASE HELP FOURTEEN YEAR OLD BODYBUILDING!!!?
Ok so heres the deal: Ive started working out at the gym about a month ago. And im definetely stronger now and more muscular then one month ago. Ive also been taking whey protein shakes for 3 weeks now each shake is 138 calories and 40 grams of protein. They taste really nasty but I take them every other day. Ok so to tell u about my body, I am average height for a 14 year old. I am NOT fat, but heres the deal: I have a little bit of fat in my thighs, butt, and lower belly.
Ok so this is the deal right now: I have a four pack, pecks and decent arms, BUT GUESS WHAT my 4 pack is going away, because ive been eating about 5,000 calories a day now. HONESTLY I NEED UR HELP OR OPINION PLEASE.
Everyday I go to the gym for an hour and do 20 minutes of cardio, stretching life 15 pound dumbells, 40 pound weights, 60 pound an crunches and more. I also swim frequently, and participate in physical education. So for some odd crazy weird strange reason, ive been eating ALOOOOOOT more then I usually would. Instead of 3,000 calories a day i eat 5,000 a day. BUT DONT GET ME WRONG, LISTEN UP THE FOOD I EAT MOSTLY FROM: kellogs cereal, tons of apples bananas,, blueberris, blackberries, pears, oranges, kiwis etc, tons of veggies, tons of lean cut meat like chicken and beef. And lowfat yogurt alot of 2% milk, some mozzarella cheese, toast, pita bread, eggs, hummus. Basically healthy foods. No pop or chocolate fastfood pizz burger frie junk whatsoever. But some cereal bars in moderation like Nature valley applecrisp. I have started this massive eating rampage about 5 days ago and I really cant help it. I mean I eat kellogs cornflakes with a bunch of fruit and milk in the morining and an apple. Then I go to workout and I feel lazy and sloppy!!! What the hell? I also feel hungry???? I had a big breakfast today so im pissed off. BASICALLY IM REALLY WORRIED THAT I WILL LOSE MY ABS AND NOT BE ABLE TO IMPROVE THEM (by the way how do i turn 4 pack into a 6 pack????? my lower stomach seems to be more fatt then upper. can I do lower abdominal exercises) IM WORRIED THAT MY PECS WILL TURN INTO MANBOOBS AND BASICALLY I WANNA GET RIPPED NOT FAT.
