Trying to get 6 pack Abs this Summer?
My Body:
I have always looked like someone in shape however my stomach with out my shirt is slightly unimpressive. I have never been able to get a six pack because of a little fat covering my abs, not alot, but enough to cover up a nice set of abs.
The Situation:
I am planning on eating healthy and running every day, which i have already started to do but I want to know what else i need to do to accomplish my goal.
1) What foods should I eat and how often should i eat them to speed my metabolism?
2) What exercises or workouts should i do to tone my body and get a nice set of abs?

Jumping Jacks a good cardio Workout?
I am trying to get six pack abs… I have already redone my diet… and I am following an ab exercise.. But I need to imcorporate some Cardio to shift that thin layer of fat covering my abs. And I don’t have a treadmill or anything,, and jumping rope and running is out of the question because it it really cold. So would jumping jacks be good to do instaed?
