Few questions…help?

1. I want to trim down my abdominal region. When I flex you can see some ab definition, but what kills it are my love handles. They aren’t bad, but they are noticeable. Any ideas as to losing em? Change of diet and running? Should I start taking hydroxycut to trim down all around?

2. I want to make my pec muscles a bit smaller. The problem is that they are kinda big, they aren’t man boobs, cause I can do that little pec dance pretty well and when I flex its hard like a rock. My friends just tell me they look like man boobs, and when they scoop me they jiggle(they catch me off guard lmao). I want to make them look a bit smaller, but without getting me weaker. Suggestions?

3. I’m currently 17 years old, 5’8, and like 162-166 lb. I want to get bigger and hit like 175 lb. by the end of the summer. Any dieting tips and workout routines? I am working out every day, different muscle group. Anything better I can do?
