lose inches off thighs and get a six pack?
im 14 years old. i weigh 140lbs and im 5’5”. I’m active in dance 4 hours a week. My main concern is to slim my thighs and sculpt my abs even more. im more worried about my inner thighs than anything. will this workout help me and if so how long before i see results. (also will i lose weight from this?)
1) walk my dog a little less than a mile everyday
2) do 3 sets of 20 lunges throughout the day
3) same for squats
4) for abs i will do the plank for 30 sec, the bicycle 3 sets of 10 throughout the day, the reverse crunch 15 times thorughout the day, and 15 back lifts throughout the day. will this work?
and when i say throughtout the day i mean once in morning, one in afternoon and once in evening. dont tell me i cant spoyt reduce or diet becuase i’m eating a healthy diet already and i know what to do reguarding that. how many inches will i lose off my thighs if i do this and how long will it take? same for the six pack.

How long till I see results from abs?
So right now i have a squishy stomach. My goal is to just lower a few inches off my waist and just have a hard stomach. I don’t want a six pack, just a solid hard stomach. I’m starting up on some intense ab workouts 3 times a week. How long until I see results?
PS: I do weight lofting and I wana achieve a bulky appearance. Should I have a diet?. Any advice on one?

How long Would it take me to get a six pack? I need one by like 3 weeks!? Help Please!!?
okay well our school is taking a trip to Washington D.C. and i really want to get a six pack by then. I don’t have that much fat but there is some, and I’ve been losing weight and doing ab exercises in the past 3 weeks, but i can’t really see anything! how long would it take to get visible abs? i weigh 135(used to weigh 140) and I’m about 5 foot to 9 or 11 inches tall, 14 years old.

Please Help!!! How can I lose 5 to 15 pounds?
Thanks for checking this out. PLEASE READ ALL of the following. It is much appreciated. Please ignore the fact that I may “latch on” to specific words from time to time.
First of all, let me give you some background info:
> I am 16 years of age.
> I am about 5 ft. 10 or 11 inches.
> I am roughly 160 pounds. Depending on how much I eat, I can weigh two – three pounds above or below that standard.
> There is absolutely no one in my immediate family with stereotypical “six-pack abs”, much less one with an outstandingly strong core.
> I am surrounded by people who DO NOT CARE ONE FILTHY BIT about how they eat, exactly what they consume into their bodies, and the amount of exercise that they undertake. Also, these same people make sure to tell me that I am not fat. On the contrary, I want to lose weight.
> I wouldn’t say I have a profound knowledge about physiology and psychology, but I am highly interested in both of these subject matters as well as DECENTLY INFORMED. I have not taken a physiology class, but I have taken a college-level psych. class, in which I recieved high grades, and know all about mental disorders such as body dsymorphia and the Adonis Complex. (Somatoform Disorders)
> My fastest time for the mile was 5:21.
> I am a runner, and am part of my school’s running sports. (Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Outdoor Track) I prefer to run middle distance events, like the 800m and 1000m events.

How can i lose 5 percent body fat?
Hi, I’m currently 12% body fat, but i want to go down to about 7 or 6 percent…I’m 14 years old, 120 (about) pounds, 67 inches. i workout everyday but the fat doesn’t go away, and yes I’m watching what i eat and I’m pretty sure i eat less then what is the daily amount of calories (for me it is 2432, but i eat less then that I’m sure)…also i eat healthy (no junk food, no candies, no soda…my main diet is some type of cereal in the morning (7:15-8:00am), a sandwich for lunch (10am-12pm), some toast/cereal/eggs at about 4pm, then a home-cooked dinner (usually chicken, beef, pasta, something similar) at 6-8 pm… (All times are X-Y because it changes depending upon when my parents get home, if i have school, what time i wake up…
Exercise- Sometimes i wake up at 6:00 and at 6:15 I do some type of cardio for 20-30 minutes, following a dude on youtube…other times i just sleep in until 6:45 and get ready for school
At around 4 PM, after school, i workout before i eat my meal/snack/thing. M,W,F i do weight training- http://www.iwantsixpackabs.com/my_video_journal.html – thats the link to the routine I follow…and on Tuesday., and Thursday and the weekends (although the weekends usually are a lighter workout) i do cardio
Then finally, i sometimes do ab workouts at night before bed (10 PM) on random days..
thats my daily schedule basically, also please consider the fact that I have school from 7:40 AM until 3:30 PM (7:40- 15:30) in your answer, incase you want to change something in my routine…
Also, if you have a link to a page that has a pretty specific routine in terms of when to workout and what to eat, i would gladly take a look… this last few pounds of body fat are annoying cause I’ve been working out for a while now and come a long way (i mean not a HUGE way but I used to be 120 pounds of mostly fat now i have a good chunk of muscle) but i seemed to have reached a….Plateau, as some people have called it… Many thanks to any educational answer… btw feel free to insult me or whatever you feel fit, idc cause the only thing im looking for is some help lol

How long will it take to get a good six pack and pecs?
Right now I do an exercise routine where I alternate between these workouts every other day:
3 sets of push-ups (at wide, normal, and narrow arm positions)
3 sets of lifting weights for each arm
2 sets of crunches
1 set of the bicycle routine to build your abs
I was wondering how long it will take me to get a good defined six pack? Also good defined pecs? And also good defined biceps (big arms)?
I don’t want to look like a body builder, but like when I go to the pool I don’t want to look like a wimp. I want to look like I have a good body with big arms, pecs, and defined abs.

I am 16 years old, weight about 128 pounds, and am about 5 foot 9 inches.
I also do not have access to a gym, so I can only do workouts at home.
Also, I heard that you can only exercise each set of muscles every OTHER day or else you won’t see any results. Is this true?

6 pack abs advice plz?
Right now im 16 years old i weigh 135 pounds and my measurements around my belly area is about 30 inches. i eat 6 small meals a day.I Also can see my 4 pack.
I workout mon- tues rest on wed and more on thurs – friday and rest sat and sunday
my workout inculudes:
lifting 25 pounds – 18 reps and i do about 2 sets
then i lift 15 pounds 34 reps and 2 sets
i do about 50 good hard and intense crunches- 2 sets
the exercise where i touch my knees with my elbows – 60 reps – 2 sets
sit ups 40 reps – 1 set
push ups 30 reps i do it nice and slow with good form with dumbbell flys right after it with 15 punds. 2 sets
prone stablizer ( push up postion with arms on the floor hold still for around 5 mins) 2 sets
i do some jogging sometimes 1 hour
and i do leg raises 40 reps 2 sets.
im just wondering how long will it take for me to get a six pack and wondering ways i could improve my workout.

I’m 34 and my waistline is 33 inches for the past 10 years and I seldom exercise. If I reduce to my ideal weight and start eating right and workout at the gym 3 times a week focusing mostly on doing ab crunches, how long before I can see some definition?

okay so i am 5 foot 1, 13 years old, 113 pounds and not very muscular. my arms are 10 inches around, and i was wondering how i could gain an extra inch. I have recently got a “weider weight machine” and the settings it has include sitting benchpress, high lat bar and low lat bar. Also 5 pound dumbells. if i repeated the excercise of 250 sitting becnchpresses of 25 pounds, 250 high bar lat reps times 2 since i have two different exercises to do with it and 250 low lat bar reps times 2 which totals to 1250 reps a day how long would it take to gain an inch around my arm? Also 100 curls in each arm with 5 pound dumbells. Also for diet, breakfast oatmeal, lunch tuna, supper chicken breats or porkchop, and for snacks veggies and fruit and to drink, 2, 2 percent glasses of milk and 8 waters how long would it take to gain an inch around my arm? for abs each day i do 8 min abs, 45 min cardio on elleptical burning around 400 calories and 100 ab lounge crunches and the same diet as my weight lifting. how long qwill this take to get six pack abs and an inch on my arms if I do it eachday? is it possible to do it under 3 months? since i’m at my grandmas for 3 months and hate everyone that lives near her and once i get back home i want to chill with friends.

Are these workouts only for woman and if theyre not, how many times working out to it will give me a 6-pack?
Should i use “Abs Of Steel” by Tamilee Webb or Claudia Schiffer’s “Perfectly Fit Abs”. Tamilee Webb’s video is made up of three ten minutes workouts, so should i do them all in one day? Which one will give me a better workout and therefore six pack abs longer?
