Answer by Andy L.
Depending on your frame, you can probably lose 20 to 30 pounds and be better for it. Although there are some radical short term plans like the Atkin’s diet that work and other diets that substitute liquid drinks for meals, I found that the best way is not actually going ON A DIET, and instead involves a CHANGE OF DIET. What and how and how much you eat is more related to the amount of weight than exercise. Exercise strengthens muscles including your heart and makes you look toned and fit, but is not a clear measure in weight loss because building muscle also builds bone and does add weight by a bigger frame, so if toned, a higher weight may be appropriate. That stated, I found that a high fiber low fat diet as a permanent change is the best path. I have lost about 30 pounds without additional exercise. There is no cheat day because you would not be on a diet. Instead, you would have a variance day from your normal diet and should take care not to overindulge very often.
Take a multivitamin once a day like Twinlabs or Centrum or other quality vitamin to cover many body needs and cravings. Give up fried foods and high fat foods. Try to eat a lot of whole grain and vegetables and fresh wild caught fish and skinless chicken. Skim milk and fat-free dairy is OK. Drink plenty of water (at least 2 liters a day), and take at least 20 minutes to eat a meal as that is the amount of time it takes to feel satisfied. Stick to 3 meals a day and 2 light snacks maximum. Snacks could be an apple or pear or an ounce of nuts or some carrots or celery, etc.

and follow through the links to a general healthy plan and food nutrition tables.
Think long term. Calories in minus calories burned is the net stored or lost. If you find yourself either gaining or not losing weight from your ideal numbers, then reduce serving sizes, but there is no reason to go hungry and starve yourself. Instead, eating fresh foods with low chemicals consistently brings you to a good weight, and exercise tones and strengthens. It is that simple.

adderall + weight loss + routine = needed: valuable advice from knowledgable sources.?
Question by jhartzell08: adderall + weight loss + routine = needed: valuable advice from knowledgable sources.?
so here is the scoop:
(i am a female, 5’4, 18 years old)
i was at my highest weight probably around the beginning of november 2008, weighing 144. i was then diagnosed with ADD and perscribed adderall. it helped with school and everything, but it also decreased my appetite.
I started losing weight before thanksgiving break just by eating a lot more fruit and limiting the junk food and going to the gym every once in awhile. i didn’t really notice a difference until christmas break. when i came back to school after christmas i weighed around 128. here is the problem: i don’t eat nearly enough for as much as i work out. and no i am not anorexic or trying to lose weight by “crash dieting.” i simply don’t get hungry that often. i will usually eat special k in the morning, maybe an orange and banana for lunch, and then maybe a yogurt and something else along the lines of either fruit, soup, or special k (obsessed with it!!).
now for the working out: i do a 60 minute spinning class on tuesdays and thursdays. one monday wednesday and friday i do an exercise bike for around 30 minutes and/ or 17 minutes on the eliptical (intervals of 1:30 min w/ resistance: 4, followed by :30 second w/ resis: 8). also whenever i can fit it in (usually abour 3-4 times a week) i do generally anywhere from 20-30 minutes of yoga (focuses 10 minutes on each of the following: strength/toning, core strengthening, balance and flexibility). i also do random arm workouts, usually with 5 lb dumbells. i just kind of do 3 reps of 10 of random arm exercises for about 15 minutes once or twice/ week. and last but not least i do 120 reps of abdominal exercise ( 3 sets of 10 reps of: leg raises, crunches, and side crunches)
i know that i am not eating enough to keep up with my working out, or my life period. but i get full so fast now a days and i don’t know what to do to force myself to eat. i’m on the go a lot with college and i need some advice. is there something i can take to make sure i am getting enough nutrients and calories? is that what that ensure drink is for? i don’t want some sort of meal replacement or protein that will make me bulk up like a boy or just make me fat.
i would like to tone up, besides the food problem, does my workout sound effective? i would like to use the treadmill some too but i am not a good runner.
i have tried diet pills in the past, they are a bunch of bs. but i’m not worried so much on the losing weight aspect right now. i just want to make sure i am getting what i need in order to keep up with my activity level.

Adderall is probably the source of that weight loss and eating problem. It’s basically speed, which has effects like that. Look into Provigil. It’s not technically for people with ADD, but it has similar and better positive side effects without any negative side effects.
On the diet, you definately need to eat more. Boost/ensure/slim fast shakes + a meal can help. You will not get bulky or fat, especially since you’re already intaking a dangerously low amount of calories (look up the “female athlete triad”). You need to make yourself accountable for your food. An easy way to do this is with a calorie sheet. Just write down everything you eat and drink all day that has any sort of calorie amount to it and make sure it adds up to enough. Enough being whatever you find with this calorie calculator that I’m going to give you: http://magnetic-diet.com/calc/daily_calorie_calculator.htm Get that amount over 4-6 meals a day, eating every 3-4 hours. Timing out when you need to eat will also help you to get enough. You will not get bulky, as that comes from heavy weight training and testosterone, and you won’t get fat because you’ll be taking in about as much as you’re burning off.
On the exercise, your cardio stuff sounds good, but keep in mind that ellipticals and treadmills simply don’t compare to real running. Yoga is good. Your current weight training, however, is basically a waste of time without a good rep range. If you’re hitting that ten reps every time, then it’s not getting you anywhere. 3-5 sets is pretty much always the recommendation, but change that rep range to 12-15 or 15-20. You should be hitting failure somewhere in there. If you’re catching the highest number on more than the first set, then you need to up the weight/intensity. Methods of doing this for ab stuff usually include working out on a decline bench or stability ball.

How to stay on the south beach diet while still cooking for your family?
Question by jrmiss86: How to stay on the south beach diet while still cooking for your family?
I am considering starting the South Beach diet for myself. My biggest concern is my two children. I know that children have different dietary needs than adults. I am also a big proponent of only cooking one meal. I am not a short order cook. I am also big on family meals. Whenever possible I eat what the kids are eating and I eat with them. My husband eats dinner with us as well, unless for some reason he has to work late. How do I successfully lose weight on this diet while still cooking one meal for the family and keep my children healthy and provide all the nutrients they need.
I also don’t really want my kids to see me eating “diet” food because we are trying to teach them a healthy way of living and eating from an early age, rather than having them face the same problems we are facing now as adults. I want them to see me living a healthy lifestyle rather than dieting, but I do need to diet somewhat in order to get back to a healthy weight.
I was told that a low carb diet is not healthy for young children to be on. My kids are 3 and 5. We already eat lots of fruit and as much veggies as I can convince the kids to eat. They don’t drink much juice or milk, and I get as much protein in them as I can, (my daughter has a soy allergy, so that limits some things) We use whole grains when ever possible, etc.. If I could safely put the whole family on a low carb diet I would.

A low carb way of eating is the best way to bring any body to the optimal state of health. Low carb normalizes the body & hormones & is for the underweight as well as overweight & the normal weight.
I would highly suggest converting the whole house hold to a low carb lifestyle if you want to teach them a healthy way of living from an early age but it doesn’t sound like you are ready for that. Perhaps after you discover the health benefits for yourself.
The body converts all carbohydrates to sugar (glucose) even vegetables. Sugar is not a nutrient for good health it is actually an antinutrient. Protein & fat are essential to good health. Gaining excess weight is just a symptom of a body out of balance. You do not require carbohydrates. The body can manufacture all it needs from the protein/fat combination.
U.S. government guidelines were changed 35 years ago to suggest we lower our fat intake & increase our carb intake. American society followed these recommendations & lowered their fat intake by 11% & increased their carb consumption. In this same time frame obesity, diabetes, heart disease are all at epidemic levels. Through their direct effects on insulin & blood sugar, refined carbohydrates, starches & sugars are the dietary cause of coronary heart disease & diabetes.
A low carbohydrate diet is a high fat diet. The protein should only be a little higher than adequate. Although it is completely possible to live on a fat/protein only diet for long term (as proven by research done in a hospital setting) it becomes boring fairly quickly. Luckily many vegetables & some fruits, nuts & seeds are low in carbs and greatly expand the diet. Most long term low carbers eat as many, if not more non starchy vegetables than vegetarians.
Glucose is the bodies preferred fuel (if you want to get technical, it actually burns alcohol most efficiently, but that doesn’t make it any healthier for the body than carbs), the body can convert 100% of carbs, 58% of protein & 10% of dietary fat into glucose. The body can also be fueled by fat (dietary fat & fat cells) but only in the absence of carbs. Your brain actually prefers (* reference info) to be fueled by ketones (part of the fat burning process), it does require glucose also, but glucose can be easily converted from excess protein if needed or dietary fat.
IF a person eats sufficient fat & protein & minimal carbs, they can become very healthy. Free of blood sugar health problems, high blood pressure, health problems associated with high cholesterol, obesity health problems. Anything less that 9 grams of carbs per hour controls insulin and is considered low carb (up to 144 grams per day).
Simple carbohydrates trigger insulin. High insulin levels unbalance other hormones. Controlling insulin levels balances out other hormones & allows the body to function properly.
The link between saturated fats and heart health is based on faulty science. Dietary fat, whether saturated or not, is not a cause of obesity, heart disease, or any other chronic disease.
Plaque build up in the arteries is more attributable to carb consumption than dietary fats, which seems to be the conclusion of the following study. Carb consumption raises triglycerides & VLDL (bad cholesterol). Fats raise the HDL (good cholesterol). High triglyceride levels & low HDL levels are an indicator of plaque & glycation – the precursors to a heart attack & heart disease.
study from the Oxford group examining the postprandial (after-eating) effects of a low-fat vs. low-carbohydrate diet. (Roberts R et al, 2008)
Postprandial lipoproteins, you’d think, would be plentiful after ingesting a large quantity of fat, since fat must be absorbed via chylomicrons into the bloodstream. But it’s carbohydrates that figure most prominently in determining the pattern and magnitude of postprandial triglycerides and lipoproteins. Much of this effect develops by way of de novo lipogenesis, the generation of new lipoproteins like VLDL after carbohydrate ingestion.
*
The brain gets its energy from ketone bodies when insufficient glucose is available. After blood glucose is lowered for 3 days, the brain gets 30% of its energy from ketone bodies. After 40 days, this goes up to 70% (during the initial stages the brain does not burn ketones, since they are an important substrate for lipid synthesis in the brain). In time the brain reduces its glucose requirements from 120g to 40g per day.
Ketones have been described as “magic” in their ability to increase metabolic efficiency, while decreasing production of free radicals, the damaging byproducts of normal metabolism. The heart and brain operate 25% more efficiently using ketones as a source of energy

Atkins vs. South Beach: What are the main differences? They are both plans for a low carb lifestyle, right?
Question by CD: Atkins vs. South Beach: What are the main differences? They are both plans for a low carb lifestyle, right?
I heard someone saying to a woman “OH, Don’t do Atkins, it’s TERRIBLE! You should do South Beach, that’s the good one.”
I know people who have done both – and some who have succeeded on both and some who have “failed” on both.
They both involve cutting carbs out of your life at first and then slowing re-introducing healthy carbs into your diet, right?
Or am I missing something?
The reason I’m so interested is that I and the wife are thinking of trying one of these low-carb lifestyle things – what are the major differences? In just skimming the internet, the only difference I notice is the name of each “diet”. Anyone who can offer insight or info, please answer.

Answer by sarge927
Here’s the difference: Atkins focuses on severely restricting carbs, but South Beach concentrates on foods that have beneficial carbs. See, your body NEEDS carbs, so cutting them out or way down is harmful to your health. That’s why Atkins is not a good diet. South Beach is much better. But hey, you don’t have to do South Beach to lose weight. How would you like a diet plan that doesn’t require you to count calories or give up everything that you love? Try this:
1. You MUST exercise if you want to lose weight and keep it off, so do something every day, even if it’s just a 15-minute walk around the neighborhood. Don’t say you don’t have time for exercise; you have to MAKE time. Yes, it takes time and effort, but you’re worth it, right?
2. Walk as much as you want, but don’t do cardio for more than 40 minutes at a time. If you do, you risk burning muscle instead of fat.
3. If you do strength training, use light weights and do lots of repetitions. That’ll really help you “tone up.”
4. Your diet will make you or break you. You have probably learned bad eating habits over time (most people do). That’s not your fault, but now you have to deal with it. Make a commitment to yourself to unlearn those bad habits and re-learn better habits.
5. Eat breakfast every day within an hour of getting up. People who don’t are 450% more likely to be overweight.
6. Eat six small meals or snacks per day instead of three squares per day or one big meal per day. Your body expends energy digesting your food, so eating smaller portions more often keeps your metabolism running high because you’re constantly digesting food.
7. Avoid these as much as possible:
– Trans fat (any type of partially or fully hydrogenated oil)
– High fructose corn syrup (soft drinks are LOADED with it)
– Fast food
– Junk food
– White sugar, white flour, white rice, white potatoes
– The deadly C’s (cookies, cakes, candy, chips, cola)
8. Build your diet around these trim-body-friendly foods:
– Nuts, any kind (almonds are best)
– Beans/Legumes
– Fresh vegetables (green is GREAT!!!)
– Dairy products (as long as they’re low-fat or non-fat)
– Eggs
– Lean meats (fish and poultry top the list)
– Olive oil
– Whole grain breads/cereals/pasta
– Fresh fruits (anything that ends in “berry” is a winner)
– Tea (green tea or black pekoe tea)
– Cold water or ice water (your body has to expend extra calories to heat it up)
9. Desserts and treats are the exception, not the rule. Having said that, however, (1) you can have a couple of pieces of chocolate every day – just don’t overdo, and (2) Allow yourself one “cheat meal” every week where you eat and drink whatever you want as long as you don’t gorge yourself. That’ll help keep you from feeling deprived and it’ll make it easier to stick with your new healthy eating plan.
Good luck!

Hydroxycut hardcore or something else?
Question by Matt: Hydroxycut hardcore or something else?
I’m 19, 145 lbs, and 5’8. I’m average.
I don’t have a workout routine but I do workout every now and than. People say I look “cut” but I don’t feel like I’m using my potential.
Is the hydroxycut “hardcore” worth it? The hardcore part is what appeals to me. I want to try out that over load of caffeine. Or is there a better source for me? Being that I’m not overweight, I don’t need the hydroxycut but I want the hardcore part! =D
What other products can I find that in?
Energy drinks are loaded with complex sugars that I don’t touch which will actually do worst than bad. Any other substance in pill form, drink form?
Best answer:
Answer by Contrast
DO NOT TAKE HYDROXYCUT.
I am a heart patient. I am a heart patient because I took a performance-enhancing drug for 6 years called ephedra. My heart is now twice its normal size.
Understanding that Hydroxycut no longer carries ephedra (what they love to call their previous ECA “stack” to entice weightlifters), I also read the webpage they have displayed about their side effects and benefits.
Let me ask you: do you know much about your heart? Did you know your heart works off of two distinct electrical impulses? Did you know that your heart feeds off of calcium and potassium? They don’t go out of their way to tell you this, but they are so kind as to include a nominal portion of calcium in with their “Hydroxygen Plus” secret recipe of herbs and spices.
When they gear their product towards weightlifters and say it’s a weight loss drug, something SHOULD come to people’s attention. When they use muscle-bound people to hype their product, you can guarantee they didn’t use the product to do what they want them to say it did- they pay them to say that.
“Who gives a flip about the heart? It’s about all the muscles you can FEEL! Forget about your heart!” That’s in effect what they are saying. When your heart goes out, I guarantee you will feel it, and you will feel like a sack of rice is laying on top of it. Ever have a charlie horse growing up? Consider that pain in your chest for hours at a time.
Concerning side effects: ANY TIME you see a side effect include the word “heart”, a person should stay away from it because (1) herbals are not regulated by the FDA, (2) their “pharmaceuticals” aren’t given strict cleanliness guidelines that the FDA would provide, (3) herbals are like alchemy, (4) only doctors know more about your own heart than you do. Ask any doctor about taking herbals and I personally guarantee that if you take my answer in with you and show it to them, they will ALL agree! They will ALL agree without my answer. Keep in mind that the doctor’s advice is like canon compared to anything non-doctors can give on Yahoo! Answers.
I suggest asking the same question in the medications or the heart section of Yahoo! Look for a doctor’s advice because no matter what I say there will be people willing to cut me down and say I’m wrong. I was 28 when I was diagnosed with CHF. I thought I knew it all then; I know much more now that they probably do.
** The FDA fights for the individual. They go above and beyond to make sure that the drugs they regulate are safe in the long term, and they have access to information that no business “pharmaceutical” has, meaning any long term side effects of their regulated drugs will be met with changes only they know are going to happen in the future!
Non-FDA regulation means the companies that sell it can do whatever they want with it on the market. Here’s how they list their first three side effects, so you can understand how they want you to divert your attention away from the heart:
* Increased blood pressure
* Increased heart rate
* Increased sweating
Immediately, when a not-so-understanding weightlifter sees “sweating” (telling this as a former amateur weightlifter), they might immediately drop whatever thoughts they have toward the heart and say, “How is sweating a bad thing?” They DESIGN their product to SELL it! They couldn’t give a flip about your heart because money is the language of the here and now! If they cared at all, they wouldn’t sell the product. The government should ban all forms of heart speed-increasing herbals like guarana and internet sales of ma huang (ephedra).
Take it from me: you should indulge in every chance you get to drink as much fluid as you want and whatever you want! If you become a heart patient, you WILL be dehydrated ALL the time, and LIMITED in how much you can drink. Will they tell you that? Drink a grape-flavored gatorade or blue powerade for me please, while your heart can still pump the fluid through your body. Friggin’ blue-colored electrolytes are the most awesome things to drink.
~~~~~~~~
Always be wary of a company who lists their business name with the word “pharmaceutical”. True pharmaceuticals like GlaxoSmithKline would never have to include that word because they are renowned for their medications. There is competition between them, but that’s more or less aimed at the doctors who prescribe their medications. I’m not saying that Hydoxycut does this- I’m saying that there are many companies out there who do and who either change their business name or go out of business within “two years” so that they don’t have to face any impending lawsuits for those who have killed their hearts taking their stuff. Talk about the ultimate soul-selling technique.
Concerning the naming of drugs, no true pharmaceutical has to give their drugs pet names, like “Hydroxygen Plus” (to highlight the word “hydroxy” and sell their product). Instead, true medications carry two names: one for the individual to be able to say and spell, and the other a complex list of prefixes, suffixes and syllables that are designed to communicate the way they work to the doctors. For instance, drugs like aldactone and trazodone (both having the same suffix -one) are different drugs with the same structure.
~~~~~~~~
ALLI is FDA aprroved and they go out of their way to say that their drug doesn’t cause a rapid heart rate. They even mention GlaxoSmithKline. For that reason ONLY I would mention that for weight loss.
~~~~~~~~
How to lose weight the fun way:
1. Purge your body of toxins the first two days by drinking nothing but fresh citrus juices (lemon most importantly) and water. You will feel a sick buzz feeling inside your skin; this is the toxin being removed from your body.
2. Purchase products like Benefiber and mix it with all-fruit-only smoothies. Take bananas, apples, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and peaches and chop them into ice-cube-size chunks then freeze them mildly separate from each other so they don’t stick so much. When you want to blend a smoothie, you won’t have to use ice cubes this way- just pop in your mix of fruit, add milk or water, and blend.
3. Eat more often during the day; just make the meals smaller. I suggest eating granola or bran in the morning. Combine this with yogurt, nuts and fruit.
4. Remember that a body will burn carbohydrates before it burns fat. The less carbohydrate you have in your system, the more fat will be burned to account for the energy needed. This does NOT mean to stop eating carbohydrates in the morning. This is very important.
5. Hydrate. Drink lots of water. If cold water freezes your throat, keep a bottle of both cold and warm water nearby. When the cold freezes, start drinking the warm to warm it back up, then return to the cold.
6. Consider eating raw spinach before bedtime. This way, if you ever have a hard time waking up in the morning, you won’t anymore. Your brain will be so active that you will make the transition from sleep to wake immediately. Other than raw spinach, do your best not to eat for three hours prior to that time. This is not the same as resting during the day or after intense activity. The food you have in your stomach at that time will digest more slowly, so I would consider eating something with no carbohydrates at that time.
7. Eat heavy foods like proteins only after intense periods of activity. And with that let me suggest foods like rotisserie chicken and chunk lite tuna in water.
How can I get flat abs by May?
I am a female, in between 5’3″ and 5’4″, 15 years old. I currently weigh 113-115 pounds. I know that can be considered slim, but I have a bit of a belly. When I wake up, it is usually completely flat, but once I eat something it pops out. When I suck in my stomach, it usually goes pretty flat, but not quite. However, when I sit down, it looks disgusting. I wear a size 3 jean, but I’m starting to feel those getting tighter.
So, today is January 23rd.
Is it possible for me to have a completely flat stomach (and maybe even the outline of some abs) by the time school lets out in May? In my house I have this equipment: treadmill, ab lounge, and a workout bench. I also have a Wii Fit, if that means anything.
My goal by May is to fit comfortably in a size three jean, but I would like my thighs to be slimmer and much more toned, my arms to be toned, and a completely flat stomach.
What are some routines I can do with the equipment I have to reach my goal? How should I change my diet to work in my advantage?
Also, how long would it take to reach any results? Like, what will I notice two weeks into working out and so on? Does anyone have any personal experience and would like to share their story? Are there any tricks to stay motivated? (That was my problem in the past.) Please be as specific as possible!
I’m really sorry this question is so long! But, I’m really excited to get in shape.
Thank you in advance to everyone who answers!!
so, how will this work?
ok. so a while ago I posted my exercise plan. but I had to revise it b/c it was too much…
here is the revised plan:
Sunday-
10 min. jog with Meri
45 minute walk/run with Bella
ab workout
Monday-
10 minute jog with Meri
20 minute walk with Bella
leg workout
Tuesday-
10 minute jog with Meri
45 minute walk/run with Bella
arm work-out
Wednesday-
ab workout
10 minute jog with Meri
20 minute walk with Bella
Thursday-
10 minute jog with Meri
leg work-out
Friday-
10 minute jog with Meri
arm workout
45 minute walk/jog with Bella
Saturday-
10 minute jog with Meri
rest for the rest of the day
every week my jog with Meri goes up by 5 minutes b/c I am working out her back left leg to help her hips.
now. here is the meal plan that my dietitian gave me:
meal plan (per dietitian)
breakfast:
2 starches
1 dairy
1 fruit
1 fat
lunch:
3 oz protein
1 fruit
1 veggie
2 starch
0-1 fats
snack:
1 starch
dinner:
1 veggie
2 starch
1-2 fat
3 oz protein
snack:
1 starch
1 dairy
I asked about how long it should take to get from 157 lbs to 140 lbs I am 5 feet 8 inches.
and…I asked about jean sizes. I am an 11 right now. and if I continue to follow this plan. both exercise and meal…if you could guess, what jean size would I go down to?
also…do you have any weight-loss tips. my dad should not be eating sweets. and I want to LOSE weight. and that wont happen if we always have sweets in the house. like cookies and all. if we feel the need for something sweet EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE then we will go out.
we are going to buy more healthy foods. mostly low-fat, fat-free foods
healthy cereal. skim milk for me and 2% for whoever doesnt like skim milk (my dad)
and I am trying to lose weight without reverting to my eating disorder. I have struggled with anorexia and bulimia. my lowest weigh was rounded to 100 lbs. and my highest 165. 165 is after treatment. which I spent a year in treatment for my eating disorder. I would have died if I didnt allow them to stick a tube in my nose
so I have to be careful when I am trying to lose some weight. careful that I don’t go back to those harmfull behaviors
so like I said. any tips would be awesome.
and when weather doesnt permit running (snow, ice, storming/tornadoes) what should I do? I don’t have a treadmill. and I am going to ask my mom if I can get a gym membership.
if I COULD run on those occasions. I totally would.
and the reason I had to revise my plan was b/c I got ‘burnt out’ and I could’t continue like that. so I am working up my motivation again.
I want to have a nice body.
I want to get toned up. but keep my butt and boobs.
my legs arent as important to me for toning as arms and abs. those are my main focuses.
so thanks ahead of time everyone!!
and star for your contacts please!!
How to get my body back after baby?
I am 8 months pregnant and I’ve gained 22 lbs my entire pregnancy. I am VERY worried about what my body will look like after I give birth and how long it will take me to loose the weight that I’ve put on. I am 5’2 and was 115lbs before I became pregnant. I don’t know much about dieting or exercise b/c I’ve never really had to do either. I am prepared to work my butt off (literally) in order to achieve the results that I want. So I guess my question is what would be the best workout plan for me. I do want to be very toned but I don’t want to bulk up. Most of the weight is in my butt and thighs so those and my abdominal will be the key spots that I want to work on. Also a little toning in my arms wouldn’t hurt. Any dieting tips would be greatly appreciated too
Thanks and sorry for the length.
I care what I look like. Just because I want to be healthy and happy with my body does not mean that my child will be neglected in any way. Thanks for your useless answer. Of course the baby is my first priority I don’t need or want your parenting advice.
HELP MEEEE!!!!!!! THIS IS IMPORTANT?
Ok so i am trying to lose a little weight in my stomach. I weigh in the region of 135 to 142 and am almost 5’4 and am just trying to firm up, lol. My mother has these two workout videos; one is an intense cardio workout that is 20 mins and the other is an ab workout video that is around 15 minutes. so my questions are;
Will these videos help tone my abs?
How long would it take to see my stomach getting slimmer and toned?
Do you guys have any other tips that could help me lose the stomach weight?
Keep in mind i am 15 and cannot pay to have a trainer and will have to workout at home
Thanks!
Any other tips will be greatly appreciated!
Anyone who answers the questions specifically i will chose as best answer! Can you guys also tell me your workout routines, thanks!
I was also wondering while you are still growing taller, does you stomach gradually get thinner if you eat healthy and work out regularly?
