from FAT to HOURGLASS body??
17 yrs old, 5’2 nd weigh 150. i wanna lose atleast 25-30 pounds by september 2008. im focusing on toning my whole midsection b-cuz I have a nice hourglass shaped body except i got excess fat on my lower abs&love handles, other than that im fine..so I REALLY WANT TO DEFINE/ACHIEVE/TONE/ACCENTUATE MY HOURGLASS SHAPe!! sum1 PLEASEEE gimme an effective workout and/or diet plan(I’m very committed once I find sumthin that works)..ii also used 2 play basketball but quit a couple years ago. this summer I will be practicing A LOT 2 get back my skills so i could join a team again. this involves alotta running/sprinting, shooting, 1 on 1, etc..duz any1 know if bball alone is a good enough workout????does bball even target abdominal area? If not, then im willing 2 do additional workouts that will define my hourglass figure. btw, I will be playin ball for 1 hr+ ; 4-6 times a week
Ps- i once reached a high of 178 pounds( basically obese for my height..thank god at LEAST I was athletic).well I have dropped to 150 but have found it difficult 2 drop more..?
