Constant dull ache in right groin/testicular area. What could this be?
I have a dull ache in my lower right abdominal region. I can’t tell if it’s originating from the right testicle or from the area beside it.
It goes away with ibuprofen.
I’ve had it off and on for months but in the last week or so it’s intensified to the point where it doesn’t subside with rest.
Any ideas?
20-year-old male, 5’8″, ~200 lbs., not sexually active, sedentary job.
It seems to worsen somewhat if I workout on the treadmill. It feels muscular sometimes, but other times it seems as if there’s a different kind of pain when the right testicle is touched or strained.
