How are they doing it?
I know loads of people with six packs, some younger and some older. I’m about 14, I work out, and do a martial art. I don’t know what to do… How the f***k are they doing it? Sit-Ups? Pulls-Ups? Press-Ups? And the right food, right?
I started: Boxing and Fencing… Whilst still doing a martial art called Aikido, I know this seems desperate. But I just don’t know how boys are doing it!
I going to start an Ab WorkOut from youtube, a push-up rotator workout with perfect pushups, and also a kettlebell workout.
Any body got any suggestions?
