Please, tell me if im fit?
Ok. Ima a14 year old boy. Im 5’6 and i think im around 145. I think 145lbs is a lot but i not sure. I have been a journey to my six pack abs, and i eat 2000 calories a day. My workouts are here http://www.iwantsixpackabs.com/abs.html. i am on week 12 on the moment. I also do interval training and burn 500-650 calories( my treadmill says). I am mostly active. I wake up at 6am everyday go to school, come home at 3 ,do exercise around 5:30, between 3-5 and 6-8 i kinda just sit on my butt. And i go to sleep at 8pm.
This is what i eat every day.
Meal # 1
2 egg whites-50 cal
1 serving of plain oatmeal with whey protein -protein-120cal /oatmeal -150 cal /1 teaspoon of Flax seed oil – 43cal
1/2 a servng of nonfat milk -45 cal
Meal # 2
4 ounces Chicken Breast- 120 cal
bell pepper- 20-35 cal
1 apple 30-50 cal
3-4 carrots – 90 cal
4 serving of broccoli 100 cal
Meal # 3
Lean ground turkey-150 cal
2 seving of broccoil – 50cal
1 banana-100cal
1 serving of non fat milk -90cal
Meal # 4
2Bananas-200 cal
11/2 servings of whey protein powder-160cal
40 calories worth of straw berries – i think 9 cal per ounce.
Meal #5
4 ounces of Salmon -200 cal
1 banana- 100 cal
1 apple- 30-50 cal
2 serving of broccoli- 50 cal (25 per serving)
I eat around 2,000 calories each day.
Okay sooo, When i started my journey i was 165. During my journey i got to 135. and now im 145. Soo Am i getting fatter?? or is it just muscle?

How can a 13 year old boy lose weight and get a six pack?
I’m on a swim team, so i have practice everyday and dryland workouts every other day, and i play water polo and tennis, but I’m still kinda heavy (120 lbs.) and i feel fat. How can i burn the fat and get abs?
By the way, it’s almost summer break and i want to have a really nice body by school in august, and i ‘ll have swimming, water polo and tennis every weekday during summer.
Does swim practice (sets like sixteen 50 yard Butterfly swims) count as cardio?

Alright someone actually f@#ken help me this time?
Swimming is coming up in spring for gym class.Im a 15 year old boy with pigeon chest(one side of your chest is higher then the other) The doctor says to work out the left side of my chest to even it out.I need someone to please tell me what workout i should do,I tried to ask this early,but all i got was a bunch of douche bags trying to make me buy workout dvds.And also..I need to know the best way i should approach getting a six pack.I have a four pack atm,but the bottom two abs are covered with a thin lair of fat.I have an “ab belt” which is fine to use,but i cant see myself doing it everyday for long periods of time.So What Im asking is-
1.How to work out only the left side of my chest(please describe the workout)
2.How I should work towards a six pack.(Again please be descriptive)
And i dont want to here about any p90x or ordering any dvds.

Whats the best way to lose weight and gain muscle for a 16 year old boy?
Im 16 years old, 5’11″ and i have a little bit of fat over my stomach and all over my body, its not a whole lot, i mean it looks like im skinnny but its still there. Im going to florida june 10th and i really want to lose the pounds and get lots of muscle. I am in track but i am a thrower so i dont really run a whole lot. I want to get into like LL Cool J shape not like huge muscle man shape. I want some six pack abs and some arms. I lift 4 days a week and alternate between upper and lower body each day. I dont particularly enjoy running but if i have to do it i will. What would you suggest i do to lost the weight and get all my muscle to show? I take protein after i workout too.

I want a six-pack, I’m 13?
Hello, I’m a 13 year old boy who has a husky build, I’m not obese as my BMI is 24.37 and I weight about 185 pounds, and my height is 5′ 7.5″. I want to have a full routine workout because Summer is coming up and in the 3 short months I have I want to develop a six-pack. If you could. I ask of you guys to type up what I should do for 3 months like should I run a certain amount of time or distance, and should I do any abdominal exercises. Also I’m wondering what the best plan is for losing weight because I want to get down to around 140 pounds maybe even lower, but for the Summer that’s my goal. (Don’t tell me 13 year old kids can’t have a six-pack, last camp I saw multiple people small build, ripped, and six-pack.)
I have a very strong build, and am able to run a half-mile without stopping.
Went through puberty, I have a deeper voice than all the men teachers in my school. My gf comments on how it’s really low : )
Here’s my plan so far (Keep note I have good stamina)
1.) 30 minutes of jogging/running everyday.
2.) 15-20 Burpees
3.) 200 Line Jumps
4.) 15 Squat Jumps and Thrusts
5.) Go on a healthy diet.

Will eating foods low in sugar reduce the belly bulge around your stomach?
I’m trying to get my six pack abs, however, I have skin over my stomach with a little fat boy’s facial cheek full of fat covering my abs. I’ve had it for years. I’ve worked out for years. However, I always ate foods high in sugars, from Cereal to Juice. I naturally have a sweet tooth. Anyway, will lowering my sugar intake along with continuing to workout rid me of that stubborn fat that never wanted to come off that took years and years but never did. You know the summer is coming up and I’m trying to do things now so I can see my winter workout results.

Im 15, a boy, really skinny, has six pack abs, but has just a touch of belly fat?
Ok im very skinny like my collar bone sticks out and I have small pectoral muscles. My upper abs are pretty ripped like I have lean six pack abs that you can pretty much see and also my veins >_>. This is the problem I like my belly but sometimes when I run or move in a certain way it looks like a have a little bit of body fat more on the lower abs. I skateboard, do ab exercises, many pushups, and i’ve played lots of sports including cross country, and ill lift(not playing sports this year im just skating,lifting, pushups, ab exercies and stuff). I also was very anorexic 2 years ago for a couple years if that played any factores. My legs are really skinny,my wrist, my upper arms are kinda big like getting bigger. I also eat healthy like turkey, chicken, fish, salad, a lot of fruits and vegetables, cereal with only 10 gm of sugar maybe more if i splurge one day, all natural peanut butter, all natural whole grain bread,ive stopped drinking flavored stuff but sometimes ill have a low cal gatorade(g2), or a glass of natural ice tea. So please some help with this. thankssssssss

Need help in cardio or workouts.?
Hey friends i m 20 year old boy and weigh 190 pounds.
approximately 86 kgs.
i want to loose weigh about 20 kgs (50 pounds) in two months.
and want six pack Abs.
Is it possible.
What should i do to achieve my goals.
For how many hours a day should i do cardio and workout.
what are some cool videos for cardio of abs.
what are some cool dance videos also for cardio to get my body in shape.
Need your advise plz.

How to get six pack abs muscle?
So , im 17 , boy , 72 kg , 185 cm n have 9.5% body fat n have a muscle ratio of 8 on a scale of 9 .
I play lots of soccer and im left footed , due to this i got 2 packs on the top left side . It looks kinda out of proportion so i would like you to help me with exercises that would get me the packs for the rest of the abdominal .
