Should I buy an ab belt? If so which one should I get?
Over the last 2 years I’ve lost 60 lbs. total. I work out at least 4 to 5 days a week, working a different body part each day. I do abs at least 3 days a week. I don’t necessarily diet, but for the most part I eat and drink the right type of foods for staying in shape. I make sure I get my daily grams of protein and carbohydrates. I wouldn’t consider myself in shape, but I am somewhat fit and tone.
I’ve started running and working my abs hard at the beginning of the year and am still at it. I’ve notice my upper abs starting to appear, especially under certain lighting. Hell I’m starting to see the V form at the bottom of my torso, well it’s a W right now. lol It’s just my damn stubborn lower abs and lower obliques that are still flabby. No matter how hard I work them I never can see results. I feel like only my upper abs are getting all the work.
I read that an ab belt can get you results within a few months if used moderately along with some exercises and dieting which I do. Do you guys think I should invest in one of these belts? I was looking at the contour brand ab belt, but it’s expensive. What do you guys suggest?
