Crazy 3 Min Home Abs Workout

sixpackshortcuts.com Video: The Six Pack “Shortcut?” Here’s a quick but effective ab workout that Dan and I will sometimes end our workouts with. It’s great because it’s simple, it’s quick, it requires minimal equipment, and it REALLY hits your abs. It’s also inspired by MMA conditioning exercises, so it gives you great functional core strength as well. Here’s what you’ll be doing: 10 Toe Touches 10 V-Sits 10 Triangles Do all 3 exercises back to back. Repeat the entire superset 3 times, with 1 minute rest between sets. Exercise tips: TOE TOUCHES: Keep your arms and legs extended out as far as possible. Move slowly in the extended position. Dan uses a medicine ball here, but any weighted object (dumbbell, weight plate, etc.) will work. V-SIT: A Muay Thai conditioning exercise. Sit balanced with your feet and upper body off the floor in the starting position. Extend your body straight as much as possible without touching your shoulders or feet to the floor, then explosively contract your abs to move forward. TRIANGLES: Inspired by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu submission (the triangle). Coaches will often make students drill this move to build the ab endurance necessary to effectively secure the choke. The key is to shoot your legs up and elevate your body, until you are almost standing vertically on your shoulders. Visualize putting your footprints on the ceiling. Rock back as little as possible — initiate the movement from your abs without the help of momentum. Try this workout

This is a problem i see really frequently… EVERYONE HAS ABS already. The only reason why you can’t see is due to the fat covering it. Doing crunches, sit ups, OR ANY CORE WORK in general will not get your a six pack… It will increase core power and thicken your abs which is good, but will not lead to a 6 pack…

If you really want a 6 pack, then do high intensive cardio, i suggest lots of sprints and interval training ontop of A VERY HEALTHY DIET. diet is key, eating junk will ruin any chance of you achieving a 6 pack.

Talk to any fitness expert and what i say is true.

So NO, that program is complete bull when it comes to 6 packs, but it will help you with core muscles.

Do I have good gene for six packs?

I’m 15 years old and I’m an Asian (Korean) male.
I’m 5″11 tall and weight about 174-175 pounds.

I’ve started to build six packs and I found something interesting.
It’s that some people have good genes/genetics to make six packs.

So the question is, do I have good gene to build six packs?

My family is generally skinny, my grandmother/father are skinny.
My father has very low belly fat and is really skinny. My mother is very skinny too.
And my father never gets fat. No matter how many he eats, he NEVER gets fat.

I got my gene from my father. So I was really skinny and it was really hard for me to weight more.
But I ate really crazy and came to point where I am right now.

The thing is, I never really workout on my abs and I can slightly see my 4 abs.
I recently have desire to build those ones.

So the question is, do I have gene for building 6 packs?
But because of I ate much, I have some fats on my belly so I can see 4 abs but I never seen the lower two abs.

How long do you think it will take for me to build six packs?

How to get a clearer and more balanced 6 pack Abs?

I’ve been tied up my workout schedules for about 4 months which includes swimming three times per week, jogging and weightlifting once per week and especially doing 30 min ABS exercises 3 times per week. To me, I’m quite energetic but my ABS result does not seem as my expectation. It’s not so clear like those hunky men on the magazines and especially my right side is not as clear as the left one despite my balance in exercising both sides. I’m also following a pretty strict and 6pack-oriented eating habits.

I’m now quite confused about how to get a more visible and more balanced 6packs. I am look forward to your helpful advices. Thanks a lot !!!
