I am trying to lose weight and I am thinking of trying a low glycemic diet have u ever?

Have you ever been on this diet and if so do you have any tips for me or recipes. I have low carbed but this diet is kind of expensive at times. I have PCOS and I hav low insulin resistance so low fat dieting doesn’t work. I dieted for a month on low fat low cal and lost 2 pounds on a low carb diet I lost 10 pounds in a week ( I am very overwight so this is like 2 pounds to a reg person) So I know were I need to be working just want some suggestions,recipes, ideas and tips! thanks
