Do you know of a low glycemic food brand?
Im on a low glycemic diet and I was wondering if anyone knows of a food brand that offers low glycemic stuff? The only brand I know of is fifty50 and thats it.
Anything else besides fifty50?

You don’t need a particular brand. Do a Google search for “glycemic index” and you’ll find list of low GI foods.
Drugstore.com carries a brand called Extend. You could also check out http://www.dlife.com
