will a wii fit with a healthy diet actually help me loose weight?
i was just wondering if that is healthy routine, i know it wont be as good as running or jogging, but could it be a substitute for my exercises when its snowing

A healthy diet will help, but the Wii won’t.
Yes, it’s amazing. It has strength training, yoga, balancing, aerobics and dozens of exercise methods you have to unlock. But you have to keep at it and do it everyday, not whenever you feel like it. Diet & exercise are always the best way to lose weight.
better then nothing, in the least it will keep you at the same weight. Try to jog though
Hard to say. I’ve been doing Wii Fit 40 min. a day for 3 months (usually 30 min. aerobic activity and 10 min. or so of strength, balance or yoga) and I have not lost an ounce. But I have hormonal difficulties. Pretty discouraging, though. Good luck with your efforts.
