Wii Fit exercise – Which Should start out on?
Hi Im a 57 yrs old.female. I got Wii fit, I try some exercise on it. Mostly the balance. I am pretty bad on it.

The ones that will really help you and work you on the wii fit are the strength training, cardio, and yoga. Things like the skiing, soccer goalie, marbles, etc…are fun, but not really making you work.
Do a half hour of any of those main three every day (the wii keeps track of your time) and you will start to feel healthier soon.
