Whats the fastest or most efficient way to lose weight at the gym?
I have been wanting to lose weight for a while now, but never found any real inspiration to go out and lose it. Now I’ve joined a gym and got a membership. Because I’m paying for it, its more of an obligation now just like going to work, paying the bills, or feeding the animals.
My question is what should I do there to lose weight the fastest? I know I should alternate the type of workout I do everyday, but are there certian ones I should be doing more of, and what should I avoid doing?

You would want to workout 3-5 days a week at the gym.
Start by doing cardio on the treadmill, elliptical machine, or stationary bike, whichever one you like. I like being on the treadmill and elliptical.
I do an hour of cardio 3 or more days of week gradually increasing my endurance and speed. I also do interval training where I’ll do 10-12 minute jog between speed 5-5.5. Than I’ll go down and walk between 4-4.5 for 5 minutes, than run up to 6-7 speed for a few minutes and then back down to 5-5.5 and so forth.
2-3 days out of the week I do weight lifting or resistance training where I use a combination of free weights and machines. You must lift weights because it helps you build more muscle making you burn more fat. First you want to warm up with cardio for at least 10-15 minutes. I start from the top working my arms, shoulders, chest, back. Then I work my leg muscles using machines, there are five main machines that work the lower region that you should use, you might want to speak with a trainer or help person to show you the different types of machines and how they work and which body part it works.
After-wards you should do ab work. You could do this on the floor or on the machine and should do this for at least 5 minutes no more than 10.
I stretch after my cardio workout and twice after my weight training workout.
You should definitely see some results after a couple of weeks. You might not lose any weight at first but you will start to lose inches, so you should check your progress by measuring your body or noticing your clothes fitting lose.

There are plenty of ways to lose weight. I will give you some tips to help you acheive your goal of losing weight safely.
First I recommend you get 8-10 hours of sleep so your not tired. Try to eat 3-4 healthy nutritious meals spready throughout the day
(10%fat/40%protein/50%carbs/). Exercise atleast 3 times a week for 45 minutes or more. Try to cut out the sweets/fats and replace it with
vegetables/fruits. Drink 8-10 8oz glasses of water a day. You also want to meditate everyday for 10minutes; imagine your body losing weight during
