What is the quickest way to lose weight around your waist?
I’m 5’6 and about 130 pounds, 8th grade…my sister is thinner than me and being around her all of the time makes me long to be as thin as her (she’s taller than me, too) and so I would like to know if there are any quick ways to lose weight around my waist (them love handles) and thighs…Thanks a lot


okay… I’m only havelf an inch taller than you and I weigh 145 pounds and I hardly have a stomach. So the love handles you might have could just be a little bit of skin. But, if you really do have a tummy then I would reccomend cutting out on sugary foods. The most typical thing that people your age consume with out realizing its high sugar content is soda and starbucks. Both have so much sugar in them its rediculous. Also, an excessive amount of carbohydrates can cause stomach fat. Carbs are in chips, bread, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, cookies, cake, pasta, rice, potatoes. The list goes on. Basically if its not a fruit, vegetable, meat, or poultry then its a carb. Eating carbs is okay, but a lot of people tend to eat a lot of them which causes a weight gain. I like to limit myself to 2-3 products with carbs a day. Also, many people skip breakfast or just wait too long in between meals. This can also cause belly fat. When you don’t eat for a long period of time your body holds on to everything you give it the next time you do eat. It does this because it does not now if you will be eating again anytime soon. So, if any of these things apply to you, this may be why you have a little extra belly fat. Basically, if you eat a well balanced meal limiting your carb intake and also eat regularly, you will probably notice some changes. Exercize is always helpful. Include cardio (running, fast walk, jump rope, bike riding), resistance training (squats, push ups, lunges etc) and of course ab work outs (crunchies)
