I think you are now on the right track, but you should just try some other methods out more to maximize the results. however, the key point is to losing weight healthily.
1. Eating healthily-Balanced meals with more fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water helps combat dehydration and prevents your body from receiving the wrong signal of hunger when you are actually thirsty.
2. Eat small but regular meals-Instead of eating three big meals a day, try to cut down your food portion but increase your number of meals. This will help you to stop feeling hungry all the time.
3. Do not skip meals. Basically, your metabolism will slow down and you will store more fat. Please eat your breakfast but it is important to ensure that your meals are healthy. You can lose weight by skipping dinner of course, but when you eat dinner again after you have achieve your weight loss target, you might gain back the weight easily or even more.
4. Please cut down consumption on sweet, salty, fatty and all unhealthy food. It is not that you could not eat them anymore, but try to reduce your intake on these food.
5. Exercise. You can choose whatever exercise which you enjoy doing, or just some walking will do. Make sure that you exercise about 20-30 minutes a few times a week(it is the best if you could do it consistently and regularly). If you do even more intensive exercises, you should be able to get better results.

Firstly…everything in weight loss is about metabolism. Once you can increase that..you get sustained weight loss.
Heres how I would do it.
1) exercise early in the morning…this way your metabolism level is elevated throughout the day and you will lose more weight.
2) Eat whatever you want..(yes..I said whatever)… but eat it in small servings..every three or four hours.
3).Drink a metabolism increasing supplement such as white tea. It is more effective ….it tends to lose more weight than green tea. It is 3 times more effective at increasing your metabolism rate
I got a free pack from http://freewhitetea.com go get one….start it for a month or so,…and then slowly taper it down and go for a more lighter form of white tea which you can get from your local supermarket or adagio.
Dont continue white tea and acai after you have reached your optimum weight….it is very powerful and the results are sustained.
