What is the fastest and easiest way to lose weight in your arms?
I’m 15 and fairly thin but my arms are a bit chubby so how can I lose weight in them fast and easily? Without using diet pills or anything…

Lift weights or something. Or get those rubber strips and pull on them, I’m not sure! ^^
Alright first, get a bottle of water, and get relaxed.
Lay on the floor, and roll around as fast as you can, for 10 minutes straight.
After that, take the bottle of water, pour it on your head so it’s empty, and sing ‘Ohh–ooohooohoohohohoooohoh” into it like a microphone.
Then roll around again.
Do this repeatedly for 3 hours.
