What is the easiest way to lose weight for someone with my body type?
i’m pretty fit, my calves are tones and my arms are fine, i just can’t seem to get rid of love handles, belly fat, and the worst a little in my back, and the thighs. What’s the most effective way for someone with my problem to lose weight in those places?

Eat a healthy breakfast and don’t skip it. Eating a healthy breakfast would jump-start your day, give you energy and can help you eat in moderation at lunch and dinner. A high-fiber, low-fat breakfast may make a major contribution to a total reduced food intake for the day.
Losing weight is simply a matter of limiting calories consumed and burning off more calories with exercise and daily activities. To lose weight, it helps to know how many calories you are consuming in a day so, you know how much to burn. Also eat more fat burning foods, like citrus fruits, vegetables like celery, cabbage, broccoli, and spices like hot peppers, ginger, turmeric etc.
Exercise daily or on most days for 1 hr. e.g., speed walking. When you lose weight significantly, you will notice it in your belly.

The YRG Workout is a form of power yoga the will get you in your fat burning zone and tone your body. I do the online version at http://www.GreatDrills.com 4 times a week from my home with no equipment. Good Luck!
Everyone has a problem spot. It can be around the stomach, thighs, arms or chest. No matter where your trouble spot is, the solution is exactly the same. You need to eat less and exercise more. The reason why there’s only one solution for all of these problems is because it’s impossible to tell your body where to burn the excess fat from.
When you eat too many calories, your body stores the excess energy as fat in different areas around the body. To lose this fat, you need to create a calorie deficit (eat less than you burn) to force your body to start burning that fat for energy. There is absolutely no way to control where your body goes to find this extra fat.
The larger your calorie deficit (a bigger calorie deficit means a bigger difference between what you eat and what you burn) the faster your body will burn excess fat and the quicker your body fat percentage will start to decrease. You can increase your calorie deficit by cutting your daily intake and exercising more. Sit ups will do nothing to target the fat around your abs just like squats will do nothing to target the fat around your thighs.
