I am a female at the age of seventeen who weighs 190 pounds and is five foot eight. i want to lose weight fast, and i dont give a crap about it being healthy or not so dont bother giving me that crap please.


the best way to lose weight is to reduce the calories in your day because to lose 1 lb of fat equals 3500 calories so if you cut out 500 calories a day for a week you’ll lose a pound. also workout, do cardio to raise your metabolism and weight exercise to help get lean muscle because having muscle will help burn fat when your doing nothing
