What is the best way to flatten your tummy and lose weight?
I’m trying to lose weight, and i get all the exercise i need because i play softball and i have a p.e class at school, but i can’t seem to lose any weight, because i just keep eating. and i dont know what to do or eat or whatever. any help?


you need to eat healthy and watch your portions. Eating healthy means cutting out fast food, fatty food, sweets, white breads. Eat a proteing rich diet, like grilled chicken, fish, and legumes. Eat fruits and vegetables. Drink water instead of sodas or anything else with sugar in it. Hope this helps and good luck.
you need a diet consisting of lean protein, and complex carbohydrates……stay away from suger. drink plenty of water. your games aren’t enough or not going to cut it.
with your diet, eat five to six smaller meals a day of the above mentioned. try to get vegetables at least twice a day within these meals…..divide the food into portions….a portion is roughly the size of a clenched fist. example….half a chicken breast, small baked potatoe and small amount of veggies would be a meal with each food group being a portion each.
as far as exercise….if you could implement weight training about three days a week , it would speed up your metabolism as well…..not to mention you would really tone up….don’t worry about getting bulky because you really have to eat much much more and lift heavy weight and possibly steroids to get bulky……you’ll just tone up
three times a week on the days that you are not weight training…..
do cardio….focused cardio…..about half an hour is sufficient.
that will flatten your “tummy” it’s not about working out the abs or anything else…….it’s all about burning the fat to expose your abs or flatten your belly….
