What is one of the simpliest ways to lose weight?
I weight 178 but I am very tall so I dont look fat but I always feel fat on many ocassions I’ve been told I could be a model but I want to lose weight. I dont have money 2 go da gym or buy any of that stuff so what do i do? And i dont want to starve myself.

Stop eating out.
Eat only fresh foods.
Park your car far away from the door
Only take the stairs
Swim whenever you can
Don’t eat fried foods
Stop drinking all soda pop and juice
Drink Skim milk and yougurt
Drink flavored waters and water
Simple, as in no effort from you?
Liposuction.
But if you can’t afford that, start walking 5 miles a day.
Or ride a bike 10.
Quit drinking any kind of soda.
No soda or sweet drinks. Go for bottled water. Cuts calories right out!!!!!!
walking is the very best exercise going, and it costs nothing to do it. Walk 3-4 times a week at a fast pace, for a minimum of 40 minutes. You’ll notice a difference very quickly.
you seem smart…you just need to accept yourself for who you are…it doesnt hurt to exercise the “old fashion” way…do sit-ups, crunches, squats..and have fun doing it…listen to music…just have fun…life is too short to waste of pethetic wishes, that arent put onto practices
Do lots of walking. It really does make a difference.
The truth is you can’t lose any weight without sacrificing….. so once you have decided really lose weight… then you ask the qns again!

You need to reduce Fat intake and increase metabolic rate(meaning burning fat rate) by doing intense but gradual exercise(NOT WALKING PLEASE) …… and also take in lots of water as burning fats release toxins…… fruits helps….. but taking good supplement can make above mentioned methods alot efficient and easier.
eat well balanced meals, intake plenty of water, and excercise. i lost 65lbs that way in 6 months. it is the healthiest and most effective way. the problem with a quick fix to lose weight is that if you lose the weight in an unhealthy manner chances are you will replace the fat with twice as much as what was there.
jog around the ocean/ park/ lake / whatever is near your house…… make sure it has nice senery so you dont get bored with your sourroundings make sure you stay occupied also so you dont think of your self as excersizing.
walk and try not to eat after 7
cut down on soda ,,drink plent water,,walk .. eat meals in small portions,, drink green tea instead soda…cut down on chips, and sweets. eat fruit and veges.
lol if could be a model then you are worrying to much DO NOT STARVE yourself the you will look to skinny you might think you look good but wow dont throw up or anything of that matter here is what you need to eat a small healthy meal every 3-4 hours low carbs no heavy stuff and u prolly can buy a fitness ball they are cheap and just work your tummy
