What food combinations to help lose weight? – What food combinations to avoid as well?

I know there are food combinations that one should avoid if they want to lose weight – such as (or so I have read) banana and dried fruits/peanut butter combined – would cause one to gain weight rather than lose.

So perhaps there are food combinations that when added together, help the body to lose weight/burn fat as well? What would those be?
