What can I do to lose weight in the dead of winter?

I need to lose weight but it’s too cold to run and I cant go to the gym. I need a solution to lose weight fast! Like really fast? I need solutions!
btw,
i eat very healthy
im 15
have run for months b/f but it got too cold

    Tae-bo videos, or buy a treadmill or biking machine! I did my bike for the first 2 weeks, lost 10 pounds so far, now doing tae bo videos :)

    you can start by eating less and right and i would buy a treadmill and walk on it for a hour and do other activities like to sit ups,squats,jump rope

    I Lost weight by simply eating Zero, chocolates, Crips, Fizzy drinks and Biscuits and MORE tea to burn off hunger, abit of running aswell, all in 12 weeks. Trust me! cut these stay less full for 12 weeks and you WILL 100% do it. Focus you can do it.
