What are some of the best liquids I can drink to lose weight more effectively?
I am completely addicted to Dr. Pepper, but I know I’ve got to cut it out if I want to lose weight. I like milk, and I like water. What are some other liquids I can safely drink to help me lose weight? Are there juices or other stuff I can drink? Is it ok to drink stuff with sugar in it? Any advice is appreciated!

When you feel hungry between meals, drink a pint of water. also, drink a pint of water just before your meals… This causes the stomach to swell giving you a full up feling a little sooner….
It aids in better portion control, we all eat far too much, this creates a natural balance.

the only drinks ive advise while dieting are:
innocent fruit smoothies, because they’re pure goodness and if you drink one a day, thats one of your five a day, per day.
and…
WATER water water and more water. the health benefits are amazing and it fills you up so you dont eat as much as normal

milk (because you like it) but whilst dieting only drink semi-skimmed or just skimmed, because theres way too much fat in full fat. dont drink too much milk because it becomes bad for you if you do that
1 thing of dr pepper has 16 teaspoons of sugar in it, just thing about that every time you drink it. Now, the same size of apple juice has 18 teaspoons of sugar in it. surprising huh? Cutting soda out of your diet means that you lose a hell of a lot more weight than if you had a soda every day. basically every juice has a LOT of sugar in it so its not good to drink that much juice either. i recommend drinking 3 liters of water a day. I get bored with the flavor of water by itself so i use crystal light alternating flavors and i completely forget im drinking it. hope this helps
None other than water except a part of the food.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
