Is the WII fit jogging as good as using a manual walker/treadmill?
Ive got a manual walker its good it does get me sweating and my heart rate pumping,Its a walker but i normally fat walk&jog,The thing is its quite noisy its loud enough for people to hear it next door,Ive just set up my WII fit and seen there is a jogging game so i was wondering could i do this instead of the mini walker,Would i be getting the same workout? would it be worse better or the same?


You wouldn’t be working out the same group of muscles or having your muscles work as hard.
With the game, you are essentially (and minutely) counter-acting gravity. Whereas if you actually jogged, you’re adding forward momentum as well.
