How to lose weight off my butt and thighs?
okay im really tiny& petite, but pear shaped. and my butt and thighs are too big! my friends ask me why i have such a big butt compared to the rest of my body! i want to know what exercises/ foods/etc. will help me lose weight as a pear shaped woman.


drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don’t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you’ll gain everything back, trust me.
eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it’s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like fish, turkey and chicken breast.
skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.
if you feel hungry, but don’t want to over eat, chew gum. it’ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.
cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!
and don’t forget to exercise!
try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.

spot reduction is almost impossible. there is no one exercise that you can do to flatten your stomach or shrink your hips, butt or legs. you must do total body movements like the squat, deadlift or even push-ups.
these exercises GREAT for Men & Women and are NOT going to “bulk you up”. they will actually help you build lean muscle tissue and this will help you burn fat!
I would suggest supersetting or interval training. it combines strength training(for building lean muscle tissue) and cardio(for fat burning). you don’t need any fancy equipment or an expensive gym membership.
example: squats, push-ups, pull-ups, mountain climbers(if you can’t do a push-up or pull-up=> use dumbbells or resistance bands & do a pushing exercise and a pulling exercise instead). do 15 reps of each back to back to back to back without resting. that equals 1 set. rest 30-60 secs. repeat. do 3-5 complete sets. Do this 3-4x/week.
these are very fast and effective workouts that won’t have you spending hours in the gym!

First of all, its a myth that you can lose weight on specific areas of the body.
There is so much false information going around about weight loss. Some is decent advice but most of it is horrible.
The most important thing for fat loss, is that your diet is as natural and unprocessed as possible. It almost always comes back to the over processing of food that makes it bad for you, and makes it totally destroy your metabolism and hormone balance in your body. For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains. Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar from a high nutrient whole food like fruit. Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils (these are THE worst thing in the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat, and so forth. The point is to not fall for some gimmick like low carbs, low fat, high protein, or any other combination that has you focusing on one macronutrient vs. another. Your body needs all macronutrients to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Trying to cut an entire food group out just works against what your body needs.
Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. Don’t count calories, it will drive you crazy. Just stop eating when your satisfied. You will get to where you want to be.
