How to lose weight in one month?

I have one month to lose weight, what should I be doing? I’m in my mid-teens, and there is percisely one month before school starts and I’d like to lose some weight. I have a gym membership at my disposal, so I’d like to make use of it. What can I do to lose weight during this month?
Also, can I do anything to target my hip and thigh areas?
