Wii Fit is a load of bull. The exercises do little effect and the repetitions are pathetic. I don’t see how people get tremendous results by it. Well, it is pretty fun, I’ll give it that one.
I highly recommend it. There was this article about how this one baseball player used it and lost like 50 lbs. You obviously need to be VERY dedicated for that.
I received it as a gift for Christmas, and I’ve used it every day. Use it for at least 30 minutes a day. There’s yoga, “strength exercises”, aerobics games (includes hula hoop, running along paths, and even this cool steppy game haha and boxing), and games. The games are really addicitng and pretty fun.
Each day you can take a body test, which gives you your BMI and weight. You can also take body tests to determine your “fit age” which is how old your body is performing at.
I’m not guaranteeing that you’ll drop 20 lbs immediately, but it definitely keeps you toned. It even tells you if you’re doing it wrong.
I am not on it now but a few weeks ago I was on mine everyday.. I dropped ten pounds. The weather was really warm and beautiful for a week (which is when I am at my best in attitude to work out)..Now its just gloomy everyday so I’m back ot sitting on my butt.. But it does work for me.. The hula hoop and the running is what I use alot. I have a large enough living room I seriously just run in circles.. and I sweat!!

It works for me
We have wii fit, but, we don’t use it much. It is fun, just don’t have enough time. I think using a regular gym or walking or running is better.
