How long does it take to lose weight binging and purging?
Ok i am 14 and recently starting binging and purging. I eat so much then purge it back up. How long does it take to lose weight? And can it also make u gain weight?

Hahahah, honey. Listen. Exersize, eat moderately and stay active. Don’t binge….or purge. You will skrew up your teeth for life, because of the acid from your stomache coming out, and your will eventually purge blood if you keep at it. Don’t do it. Use your head. Read. Its unhealthy. There are a billion other weighs to lose weight other than doing this. You can maybe go on a stricter diet. Get self control, but don’t binge and purge. It will ruin your life.
It can make you gain weight. Sugar gets absorbed almost immediately. All you’re doing is depriving your body of the calories it needs to function. If you don’t give it enough calories, it will start breaking down your muscle mass (not your fat) for energy.
Your muscle mass determines how high your metabolism is. Your metabolism is what breaks down fat. You will end up weighing more than you did originally because your body won’t be able to deal with fat properly anymore.
Eat healthy food, never skip breakfast and exercise daily. It’s simple, and it’s the only weight loss program that works permanently.
