Eat right and exercise. It’s no secret.
You don’t need equipment to go walking or jogging (just good shoes). You can also buy some workout DVDs or videos or if you don’t want to do that, look up workouts on youtube.
As for eating, make a healthy lifestyle change. Don’t go on a ‘diet’, they are only temporary.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. It shows you how many calories you need to eat in a day for what you want to lose with how much physical fitness you do. You can also just go on and check to see how many calories are in foods for places like applebee’s and KFC. It’s great for loosing weight because it shows you how much you really are eating. Its helped me loose 4 lbs in 1 week so its pretty great if you keep it up.
There are lot ways to lose weight but I advice people to do the natural way of loosing weight. Green tea has already proven its benefits in loosing weight so I suggest to take it. There are lots of herbs available today for weight loss. The challenge left to us is how long will we keep doing the weight loss program, how long will we be motivated and work for the program and of course another challenge for us is to find the right weight loss program that fits our health condition.
