How do I lose weight in my stomach and thighs quickly?

I’m looking for an exercise plan that will help me lose weight and tone. I’m only looking to lose 10-15 pounds, particularly in my stomach, and I’d like to tone my stomach and thighs. I was also wondering if the Special K cereals, snacks, and drinks work; would they be a good addition to exercising?
I’d like a simple exercise plan, if possible, because I’m horrible at sticking to exercise routines. Thank you!
