How can i lose weight without much excercise?

I really dont like to excercise because i feel fat when i excercise. So i want to lose weight without like 1 hour workouts everyday. Wat foods can i eat that are healthy but filling? Also do u have any SHORT excercises that can help me lose belyl fat? P.S. I am 13 and weigh 102 pounds and am 5’3. Thanks!
