How can I lose weight without gaining muscle?

I was anorexic but couldnt handle that life. I still want to lose weight, but without starvation, and i dont want any more muscle. What should I do?

    ARE YOU SERIOUS. IF YOU LOSE FAT YOU GAIN MUSCLE. by the way if you trying to lose weight DONT GAIN MUSCLE IT WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT.

    You just do cardio and don’t eat a lot of protein. You sound somewhat mentally disturbed, though. Maybe, you should see a professional therapist. You sound like you have Body Dysmorphic Disorder.

    Cardio with no weight training. A little defenition of muscle is always more sexy though.

    Cardio workouts will help burn calories, but not build muscle like toning exercises do.

    However as a woman you can’t really bulk up, and a little muscle will burn more calories for you all the time (even at rest) than if you have little or none.

    Watch your calorie intake (not too low!) and take walks or do low-impact aerobics for some calorie burning, without muscles building.

    The majority of women are incapable of bulking up with weight training, so that’s not a logical concern for you. Find a mix of activities that you like and stick to them. Maybe some sports. Cardio/Weightlifting. Running/walking. Biking. Hiking. Spelunking. Eat in moderation, and enjoy your activities to the fullest. Good luck!
