How can I lose weight while still eating junk food?
I still want to be able to eat chocolate, pizza, ice cream, and chips but i want to lose weight. How can i go about doing this?

Burn more calories than you consume.
Keep it moderate. Watch calories. That means don’t indulge every day- just every once in a while. And if you want to eat pizza for lunch, have a healthy breakfast and dinner. And like I said, don’t make junk food an everyday thing.
simple answer is: you cant. if you eat them in moderation then you might be able to. for instance just one junk food meal a week. you have to beat the cravings im afraid. its tough.
if you exercise and diet, then you lose weight. if you just exercise, then you have to work 2-3 times as hard to eat the junk food. a good diet is the base to losing weight. by just working out, you will lose weight but gain it back the second you stop working out. if you diet then you will make healthier choices and youll lose the weight. but if you think you dont want to diet, then just work 2-3 times as hard. ( about 2-3 hours 4-5 times a week)
I will give you that answer when you can show me an obese kid who can run 2.4km in 10 minutes.

Starfire, I’m 22 and I used to be 305 lbs. Now I’m 178. I want to be 130 lbs. It takes dicipline. I drink one soda a day, drink 2 cups of water a day. I’ll drink a little juice and a litle diet soda every once in a while. I limit my junk food to 1 to 2 servings a day. I dont eat after 7 p.m. unless it’s cereal every now and then. I limit my cheese intake. It’s okay to eat chocolate, 1 pizza, and ice cream with a fistful of chips, but after that meal, you shouldn’t have nothing else but fruit through the rest of the day.
You can’t. You might maintain if you add extra exercises. Nothing in life is free. If you want something you must work for it. The rules are simple.
Once you reach your ideal weight you can add these fun junk foods into your diet in moderation. These are all empty calories with no nutritional value.

You can enjoy the good stuff but keep it smart and in moderation. Eat healthy every day, all day long and once a week, splurge!
All you need to do is limit how much of it you eat so instead of 2 scoops of ice cream have 1. also you need to add in exercise and you will still be able to lose weight.
