		<description>find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)</description>

		<description>well..i never excersised b4.. until recnetly.. and im a girl so i have weeks sometimes that i feel im really fat or need to losoe some weigh.t. so i sub in soup for  ameal.. grnate di eat like 7 meals(small).. whenever im hungry..

drink lots of fluids.. cause ur body wont burn as much off if ur dehydrated
work out... not alot.. i joined classes.. dancing is my thing.. so it works.. or kick boxing.. or just take a walk.. its summer why not? :)
sub in healthy things instead of reaching for that chocolate bar.. go for some fruit.. its got sugar too.. but the sugar found in fruit is easier for ur body to process.

		<description>have you ever tried Dance Dance Revolution?  It would be helpful in shedding some extra pounds, it&#039;s addicting, and it&#039;s a ton of fun.  It also seems it may help out with your current football training.
