How can I lose weight in the next 2 months?

I’m 16 5’9 and I weigh like around 240 pounds. When I tell people that they don’t belive I weigh that much (they think I weigh like around 210), but the scale does not lie. I’m kinda bulky with a mix of fat. I’m on the football team. I know for sure thats helping out since were lifting weights and doing footwork before the season. I’m trying to do somethin a little extra out of football training like at home that will help me lose weight in the next 2 months or less. (Ab exercises, push-ups, etc) Something that does not involve in me buying some workout videos and stuff like that. Suggest me a routine, something that will get me motivated enough to stick with it.
Any Suggestions?
