You can Google something called, I think, the Seattle pre-surgery diet. You’ll lose 10 pounds, but it’ll come right back if you don’t get on a real program.

whoa…..its not a good idea to lost that much weight in these few days u’ll develpo some serious health problem & even though u try those fad diets who wonder what kind of side effects u’ll get…..my advice try liquid diet dont eat anything just drink juice,soups,milk shakes etc for one week(u can try slim fast shakes they r healthy & u know how much calories u r taking)
