has anyone actually lost a significant amount of weight using WII FIT?
i’ve had wii fit for a while now and i’ve never gone on it for any amount of time that would give me a good work out.
since its the new year i’m going to start going on it for 30 minutes a day for exercise.
now i’m wondering has anyone actually lost a significant amount of weight by using the wii fit as their only form of exercise?


YES! i never exercise. i just dont feel like it. Ive only done it for about a week and a half and i already went from 118 to 104. this thing is incredible.
I checked out everything to lose weight, and nothing worked until I checked out colon cleanse. no, I have not, but I have lost a lot of weight in the past year by changing what and how I eat and by working out regularly

No but I lost a few weeks at work because I had a little too much fun with it and pulled a tendon in my foot.
I’ve actually started to lose a bit using the “Gold’s Gym Cardio Workout”program. It’s mainly boxing with some exercises. It doesn’t use the balance board a whole lot, just for a few of the exercises.
I also realized that the balance board isn’t very reliable when it comes to weigh-ins. I checked it against my regular scale and there was a 4lb difference.
