Does the Wii fit help you lose weight? If so, what games and exercises are best to do that? Also, does it help tone your muscles or that a lie?

If u did wii fit everyday then yes, it would help u loose weight. But if ur like me and are too busy to do it more than once a week then u won’t loose any weight.
The muscle toning exercises r only good if u do them properly and reguarly.

It will help a bit. Any thing that involves fitness and moving will help.
I would suggest something that will help in your aid with weight loss
it’s called hoodia and this is the only thing I recommend to my patients and weight loss. Especially for woman!

You would probobly have to do it a few hours a day to get good exercise. I would just stick to jogging or regular exercizing.
I dont think its intense enough, the muscle workouts just tyre u and dont increase muscle and i red in an artical that if the wii board isnt lying on a blanced and solid floor it doesnt show your true weight so yeah
It helps me a LOT. I do mine for at least an hour every day and I always try for 2 (sometimes don’t have time though)
I start off with the Yoga to warm up and stretch, then do the aerobic step exercises to get my heart pumping, then do the free step for at least 30 minutes. The hula hoop is REALLY good for getting your blood pumping hard, but I feel like a moron doing it lol
If you stick with it and do it everyday you will definetely lose weight! And yes, your muscles will get toned, especially your legs and hips at first. For the first two weeks I thought I was dying lol but after that I started to tone up very very nicely. Do the yoga with small weights, that helps tone your arms.
